Brandon Ledgister was born and raised in Houston Texas. He graduated from Cy-Fair High School in 2003 as an honorable mention all district running back and offensive back of the year for the 2002 football season. He attended Louisiana State University in the fall of 2003 and played football from 2004-2006. During this time he was an apple cup scholar athlete for 2004-2005 as well as an academic honor roll student athlete in the SEC for the 2005-2006 seasons. He graduated with a bachelor's degree in Mass Communication with a minor in Business and Communication Studies in the fall of 2007. After graduation he has been heavily involved with Sports Prep since 2008. He never would have thought that the same sports prep programs he was going through as a kid would be the same programs he would be instructing and helping other athletes in accomplishing their dreams. In the fall of 2011, he started his career as a coach coaching high school football and still displays the same love and passion for the game that he had as a player.
